End-of-lease cleaning — also called bond cleaning — is one of the most detail-intensive cleaning services we offer. The goal is to present the property in a condition that meets the expectations of the property manager and satisfies the terms of the tenancy agreement. Our end-of-lease clean covers the entire property systematically. Kitchen cleaning includes the inside of the oven, rangehood filter, all cupboards inside and out, and all appliances. Bathrooms are descaled, scrubbed and polished. All surfaces, skirting boards and window tracks are addressed. Floors are vacuumed and mopped throughout. We work through a comprehensive checklist to ensure nothing is missed.

We understand that bond refunds matter. While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any inspection — that depends on the landlord, agent, and the original condition report — our end-of-lease clean is designed to give the property its best possible presentation. We are also available for re-cleans if needed.
